I no longer have the ecourse up and running. It was fun while it lasted but it was taking up lots of time and I’m restricting myself to a handful of side projects instead of the 45 I usually try to juggle.
If you would like to do the course you can now simply download the free ebook.
Did you give birth and feel a bit shifted to the left? Did you make some weird business decisions or feel crap about returning to work or staying at home?
Did you feel like you lost your self-esteem the day a roomful of strangers gathered round to peer up your vagina?
I did! Which is why I’ve created a free (and short! and funny!) email series for women who have had babies and feel a bit… off; a bit broken emotionally.*
What you get:
Seven emails over seven days.
That’s it!
Sign up here! It’s totally free and always will be (no upsell, no spam):
Why did I write this email series ecourse thingy?
Good question, I’m glad you asked.
For fun. Because I had some excellent guidance from life coach, therapist and Clean Language specialist Sue Smith. Because I wanted to make you laugh. And feel better.
What is on the course? Is it hard work?
The course is made up of 7 emails over 7 days. You can read the intro here.
Here are some examples:
Day One: Adult on Board – Who’s the boss of you? We’re checking in on your Inner Adult
Day Two: Instant Forgiveness (aka Inner Bully Go Home!) – in which we explore a bit of self-love (not that sort of self-love. Keep it clean, please).
Day Five: What Would Kevin Do? This is my favourite one. What would you do if you could be anyone but you?
PS. Some people have said that any woman would enjoy this course, not just the ones who know what an episiotomy is. You’re welcome to join, but maybe cover your eyes when I talk about vaginas. Again.
Here’s what people are saying:
All so timely, relevant and funny, just so helpful in knowing that we all share same feelings and experiences. Thank you, keep ’em coming! ~ Lia
Ha ha ha – this is hilarious. ~ Caroline
This stuff is great, Katie. It’s yoga without the yoga speak. I’m going to pass it on to lots of people. Love stuff like this when it’s written with humour. ~ Ruth
What do you get if you cross the humble wisdom of the Barefoot Doctor with the irreverent wit of Caitlin Moran…Katie Lee! ~ Lia (again – she really likes the course, ok!)
The way you write has me full-on chortling at my desk! Thanks for making me smile today! ~ Tracey
I’ve just finished reading the first bit AND AM ENJOYING IT SO MUCH! Just had to stop and tell you. Especially as I want to read all the others at once. This is a book. A musical? A film. A new HBO drama. ~ Julia
